Program Description
In this program, participants will take a look at how the digital world is changing our daily routines. Participants will be shown how senior executives can leverage the Internet to stay ahead of their competitors and turn their community into a content force. Successful strategies will be discussed and explained including blogs, podcasts, CRM, revenue reconciliation, target marketing, online planning, mapping, directions, organizing news for executive team members, avatars, email strategies, keyword
advertising, SEO, and many other new technologies. Successful examples will be demonstrated both inside and outside of the health care industry.

J. Tod Fetherling, VP Business Development, ConnecivHealth, Nashville, Tennessee
Tod Fetherling is the vice president of business development at ConnectivHealth. He oversees business development for the company. Formerly, he was president of Relegent which was acquired by ConnectivHealth in June 2007. Previously, Fetherling was vice president of business development at
First Consulting Group (FCG), a health care technology consulting practice specializing in health delivery, health plans and life sciences. Before FCG, Fetherling held positions at The Health Network where the company performed the first live birth on the Internet. He started his eHealth career at HCA, where he served as director of interactive media.
Scott Downs, World-Wide IM Business Development, Manager, Hewlett-Packard, Atlanta, Georgia
Scott Downs is the World-Wide IM business development manager at Hewlett-Packard in the Business Intelligence Optimization Unit. Before that he was the technical sales manager for Tivoli Security at IBM. He began his Internet career at Netscape and was director of business and strategic development and then with its predecessor, AOL. He is also owner of Urban Insignia, LLC. Downs is coauthor of "Cyberstrategies."

How the Webinar Will Work

Substitution, Transfer and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing up to five business days prior to an event will be given a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than five business days prior and day-of-program no-shows. Substitutions are accepted.
