The Wisconsin Hospital Association sponsors the Wisconsin Health Care Employee Pride Program to celebrate the pride health care employees have in their work and the contributions that they make to their patients, their community and their profession. Employees from all health care departments are invited to write about what it is that drew them to or keeps them in a health care career, and one story from each facility is forwarded to WHA for publication.
