AF4Q - Aligning Forces for Quality

Health Care Performance Improvement Education Series
The Health Care Performance Improvement Education Series (PIES) is a four-part series of on-line videos designed to provide general information about of three popular improvement models: Lean, Six Sigma, and the IHI Model for Improvement. They include the advantages and disadvantages of each model, when a particular model should be used, resources needed, and how each model complements other improvement methodologies. The fourth video focuses on choosing the right improvement tool for a project. This series is brought to you by a collaboration between the Wisconsin Hospital Association and the Wisconsin Office of Rural Health.
