WHA has a track record of successfully fostering hospital participation in statewide quality and safety collaboratives. Since 2009, WHA has been the lead organization working with 42 hospitals across the state to implement clinical and cultural changes that will lead to fewer central line-associated blood stream infections (CLABSI). Wisconsin is one of a select group of states participating in this national initiative.
