This is a part-time (24 hour/week) position. The Safety and Risk Manager plans, organizes, develops, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the overall operation of the Southwest Health’s Risk Management and Environment of Care (Safety) Program in accordance with current federal, State, and local, and TJC (The Joint Commission)standards. With over 550 employees, Southwest Health operates a 25-bed hospital, several physician clinics, a 78-bed skilled nursing facility with 12 memory care beds, as well as a 10-bed geriatric psychiatry unit.
