Program Description

Across the U.S., COVID-19 has disrupted “normal” ways of living, working and interacting. The ways we perceive, use and deliver healthcare are no exception. Join us as Andrew Rebhan, Advisory Board Expert Partner, examines the pandemic’s impact on U.S. healthcare by looking at it through the lens of healthcare customers – namely, patients, physicians, IDNs and payers.

This session establishes why equity remains the missing element in achieving a more inclusive and diverse work environment. It focuses on orienting participants to the key concepts and application of equity in multiple settings and defines key terms that will be referenced throughout the series. This session is crucial to the continuity of the program; if you or one of your registered board/team members must miss this session, a recording will be provided.

Program Objectives

This session will lay the foundation for the entire program.
