Program Description

Boost Your Resilience!
Health Care Workforce Resilience, a webinar series developed and led by renowned health care workforce resilience expert J. Bryan Sexton, PhD, offers a dose of resilience in the form of continuing education that is engaging, evidence-based and relevant to all members of the health care team.

With each webinar focused on a unique topic, participants will receive one hour of continuing education credit, as well as practical and easy-to-implement tools. This series provides a buffet of bite-sized options for dealing with burnout in health care throughout 2020. When combined with other local activities, these webinars are an ongoing meaningful resource for health care professionals who are tired of only hearing about the burnout problem, or that they need to just “try harder.”

The webinars are scalable, by design, whether you have 4, 40 or 400 people listening, in one room or spread out geographically. And, each webinar will be recorded and available within 48 hours of the live session, for participants to access and share at a staff meeting or other gathering at a later date. The Q&A portion of the webinars is particularly popular and usually consists of two phases, the first being formal Q&A, and the second more informal, where presenters stay on the line for an additional 30-45 minutes, with the option for anyone else who would like to ask questions, make comments, or seek additional information.

This webinar will be recorded and posted, within 24 hours after its completion, to the WHA On-demand Learning Center. Here is a link to the On-demand Learning Center https://www.wha.org/On-demandLearning.  This webinar will be secure. After clicking on the title, you will be brought to the Member Portal where you will need to enter your Hospital Member login and password.
