Health Care is Here for You

Wisconsin hospitals and health systems remain the safest, cleanest places you can visit, and are ready as ever to help patients receive high quality care. Emergency and urgent care should not be delayed – we all need to be as healthy as possible as we head toward the “new normal” of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Patients should reach out to their primary care providers to discuss when to schedule important regular care and services. This ensures early identification of any issues that could worsen with further delays. The Wisconsin Hospital Association has engaged in a public education campaign, helping spread the message that our nation-leading hospitals and health care systems remain committed and able to care for our families and communities.

Public Service Announcements

As COVID-19 rates increase rapidly in Wisconsin, WHA and your local healthcare providers ask for your help to slow the spread of COVID-19.

There are "Simple Things" we can all do to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Leading Advocacy Organizations Encourage Wisconsin to ‘Keep It Up’ on COVID

You can help slow the spread of COVID-19 with three simple efforts: wear a mask when appropriate, wash your hands regularly and be smart about social distancing. Working together helps protect public health AND supports our state’s economy.

WHA and a coalition of leading health care, business and local government groups have produced a statewide television public service announcement on smart COVID-19 behaviors that can support public health and the state’s economy.

WHA and former Governor Tommy Thompson team up in a television public service announcement on hospital safety and availability, and the importance of continued personal hygiene vigilance.

This WHA-produced video urges people not to delay important care while reminding that hospitals and clinics are safe, clean and ready to provide important services.

An important message from the Wisconsin Hospital Association and the Wisconsin Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Thank you, Wisconsin health care heroes, our front line.  And thank you to everyone in Wisconsin for your help in flattening the curve.  You’re making a difference!
