The American Hospital Association (AHA) has developed an online resource center to help hospitals and health systems connect consumers to information about open enrollment.
Open enrollment will run from November 1 to December 15 in most states. Because enrollment will end earlier this year than in previous years, it will be important to help consumers understand the timeline for enrollment and the options available to them. Here are some of the resources available from AHA:
- 30- and 60-second videos in both English and Spanish to promote enrollment among young adults;
- Infographics and other content that can be customized and used on social media;
- Podcasts highlighting member success stories with enrollment promotion activities; and
- Talking points for you to use when engaging with stakeholders in your community.
