There’s Still Time to Register Your Team for Virtual Advocacy Day 2021 – April 14

With less than two weeks to go, registrations are still being accepted for Advocacy Day 2021, but attendees need to register soon to help make an important advocacy impact on behalf of Wisconsin hospitals.

As always, Advocacy Day 2021 will feature a great lineup of speakers, including keynote presenter Frank Sesno, an internationally recognized journalist and CNN correspondent. Four confirmed legislative leaders will also participate in the panel discussion: Sens. Marklein and Erpenbach as well as Reps. Born and Goyke.

The legislative visits of Advocacy Day are always an event highlight, as hundreds of attendees meet with their legislators to discuss challenges and opportunities facing health care providers in the state. Speaking up on behalf of hospitals by meeting with legislators during Advocacy Day is essential to help educate legislators on hospital and on health care issues. This year all visits will be held virtually and will take place over the course of three days—April 14, 15 and 16.

More than 700 (and counting) hospital representatives from across the state have already registered for Advocacy Day 2020 on April 14. More information including online registration is available here.

For questions about registration or the legislative visits, contact Wisconsin Hospital Association staff at (608) 274-1820.
