WHA Workforce Forum keynote provides talent attraction and retention strategies for a multi-generational workforce
National speaker Steve Bench, founder of Generational Consulting, will be a keynote speaker at WHA’s second Workforce Forum in Madison Sept. 13. Bench will discuss engagement strategies for attracting and retaining millennials, empowering Generation X, capturing baby boomer wisdom and cultivating future leadership by leveraging the strengths of each generation.
