Announcing – Hospital Board of Directors and CEO Education Coming in Spring 2023
Per the request of our hospital members, WHA has developed a cost-effective day long training for hospital Board of Directors members and their respective CEOs. This training will take place at the WHA headquarters in Madison in spring 2023. Some of the topics will include:
- Board Roles and Responsibilities
- Governance vs. Management
- Recruiting and On-boarding of new board members
- How a Board Can Help the CEO be successful
- Understanding the context of the current health care environment
This training is meant for new board members, as well as the tenured board member. Hospital CEOs are also invited to participate.
