Dr. Sid Raghavan, MD, CHCQM-PHYADV, FABQAURP, FACP, CPE, is System Vice President of Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations at Sutter Health. A physician executive and board-certified internist, he has extensive experience in clinical operations, utilization management, revenue integrity, regulatory compliance, and payer relations.

Dr. Raghavan established Sutter Health’s first systemwide internal physician advisor program, supporting more than 20 hospitals and nearly 4,000 acute-care beds across Northern California. His work has helped standardize utilization review, clinical denials management, payer peer-to-peer reviews, clinical appeals, and Medicare billing compliance across the health system.

He is widely recognized for bringing clinical expertise into hospital financial and operational decision-making, particularly in medical necessity, patient status, level-of-care disputes, DRG validation, and complex payer denials. Before moving into healthcare leadership, Dr. Raghavan practiced as a hospitalist and served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine.

Krishang Todi is the co-founder and CEO of Aegis Health, a Y Combinator-backed healthcare technology company building AI-powered denial management solutions for hospitals and health systems.

At Aegis, Krishang works closely with hospital revenue cycle and clinical leadership teams to automate complex denial workflows, including medical-necessity appeals, clinical documentation review, claim corrections, and payer follow-up. His work focuses on using AI to help hospitals recover revenue while reducing the administrative burden on clinicians and revenue cycle teams.

Krishang is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council, where he contributes to conversations on artificial intelligence, healthcare technology, and the future of hospital operations.
