The 2026 WHA Health Care Leadership Academy focuses on the “business of health care” and is for clinician and non-clinician staff. It is targeted toward two groups of people within WHA member hospitals:

• Leadership staff who aspire to promote into the C-Suite
• Newer C-Suite leaders who want to continue to be promoted within the hospital

As with previous years, this program is available through the partnership between the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development (CPED) and WHA.
