Join us for a RHeSUS Lunch & Learn featuring Danielle Luther, MPH, CPS, Director of Grants & Community Engagement at Family Health Center of Marshfield, Inc. (FHC), a federally qualified health center based in Marshfield. She is a certified substance use Prevention Specialist for the state of Wisconsin.
HOPE Consortium is a network of partners that initially formed in 2015 with state funding to address growing problems associated with opioid misuse in northern Wisconsin and has since expanded to address substance use-related concerns across the continuum of care in 16 rural northern, central, and western Wisconsin counties and five Tribal Nations. The HOPE Consortium is facilitated by Family Health Center of Marshfield, Inc (FHC).
Target Audience:
MDs/DOs, Advanced Practice Practitioners, Social Workers, Behavioral Health Providers, Peer Recovery Service Providers and anyone who treats and cares for people struggling with substance use disorder.
