Ann Gallo, MBA is the Senior Services Program Manager at Advocate Health. Since 2016, Ann has worked with Senior Services on the implementation of geriatric models of care, geriatric education, tools, and resources to improve care for older adults across the Advocate system. Ann leads the Age-Friendly Health System implementation and recognition across 26 hospitals at Advocate Midwest and has presented nationally on Age-Friendly implementation. Ann is also the Operations Co-lead of the Age-Friendly CMS Measure Initiative at Advocate Health. Ann led the Geriatric Emergency Department implementation and accreditation across 15 hospitals. Ann has also developed and implemented system Dementia Resource Training, system Geriatrics for Advanced Practice Education, and national Geriatrics Models of Care Collaborative educational series. Keri Olson MSN, RN, AGCNS-BC has worked for Advocate Healthcare for 16 years and is currently a hospital-based Clinical Nurse Specialist at Aurora Medical Center Summit in Wisconsin. Keri leads nursing and interdisciplinary teams in achieving benchmarks in nurse sensitive indicators, helps facilitate professional governance, works on continuous performance improvement projects and jumps in on many other roles at her site. As a Certified Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist she leads Summit’s Age-Friendly Team and also serves on my Enterprise committees where she plays a vital role in the development of policies and procedures and elevates nursing practice.
