The annual WHA Physician Leadership Development Conference offers physician leaders from Wisconsin's hospitals and health systems the opportunity to learn side by side with their executives, providing the chance for real-time discussion and problem solving. Dr. Anthony Orsini is a practicing neonatologist, bestselling author, and the Founder and CEO of The Orsini Way, an organization devoted to transforming the patient and provider experience through the power of compassionate, effective communication. Renowned as an international keynote speaker, Dr. Orsini brings decades of clinical leadership and a deep understanding of human connection to audiences around the world.

Dr. Gaurava "G" Agarwal is Professor in both the Departments of Medical Education and Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. He serves as Vice President and Chief Wellness Executive for Northwestern Medicine. He is an occupational and organizational psychiatrist, as well as a certified organizational and leadership coach to executives, emerging leaders and frontline workers in health care and other industries.
