Brian CompetenteOn March 26, WHA Information Center’s (WHAIC) Vice President Brian Competente and Data Operations Specialist Emily Holden facilitated a discussion around the essential elements of the WHAIC. 

Emily HoldenIn this session, participants learned how to use the WHA visualization tools and dashboard to turn their health care data into actionable insights for timely and reliable decision-making. They also learned how to analyze data to evaluate health care services, patient populations, utilization, staffing, financial and market performance. Brian and Emily created hands--on activities to enable the participants to use the WHAIC tools, in real time, and to address any questions they had.

Understanding the function, capabilities and services the WHAIC offers is critical in being a successful WHA hospital member leader.
