As announced recently, WHA Senior Vice President of Workforce and Clinical Practice Ann Zenk will retire on June 1, 2027, following 10 years of service to WHA and a distinguished career in health care. WHA has partnered with The QTI Group to recruit the association’s next Vice President of Workforce and Clinical Practice.

The position will serve as WHA’s statewide leader on health care workforce and clinical practice issues, working closely with hospital leaders, policymakers, state agencies, educational institutions and professional organizations.

The Vice President of Workforce and Clinical Practice will also lead the development of WHA’s widely cited annual Wisconsin Health Care Workforce Report and help shape policy and initiatives to train, recruit, retain and support the health care professionals Wisconsin hospitals need.

WHA is seeking a candidate with at least 10 years of leadership experience in a health care organization or an organization involved in workforce and care delivery issues. Strong writing, communication and data analysis skills are essential. Experience with public policy, accreditation or the regulatory environment is desirable but not required.
