Join WHA and Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative for a workshop on data analysis and performance improvements. This interactive workshop will help participants analyze and interpret their data and learn ways to utilize Excel to report where there are opportunities for improvements. Performance improvements to initiate based on this data analysis will also be presented. Participants should have their laptops at this workshop and data that they have questions on or struggles with.

Objectives:

• Increased knowledge of working with data, drilling down data, and analysis for opportunites of Improvement
• Ability to apply appropriate Performance Improvement methods

Davis Balestracci, M.S. statistics, will present. He is well known for delivering his message of "data sanity" through an internationally acclaimed passionate, provocative, challenging, yet humorous and down-to-earth public speaking style.

Cost is $50 per hospital with two attendees allowed per hospital. Sponsored by Wisconsin Office of Rural Health.
