THE VALUED VOICE

On March 7, the 2023 Leadership Academy team came back together for their session on Executive Project Sponsorship: The "Must Know" Essentials for Leading Organizational Projects. UW CPED Instructor Scott Converse walked the group through the elements and considerations for executive project sponsorship. The interactive session had the group apply the concepts learned to current projects they are leading, while having the opportunity to discuss successes and roadblocks. The session also allowed time for brainstorming and discussion around problem solving options to issues the group is facing with their respective projects.
