Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for an Athletic Trainer-Physician Extender to join our Multi-Specialty Clinic team on a Full-Time basis in our Orthopedic Clinic. This is an experienced athletic training position with responsibilities in the Orthopedic Clinic. The Athletic trainer would communicate with the physician and medical team to help determine the need for special tests or services. This position requires that the candidate possess the clinical evaluation, and educational skills expected of an Athletic Trainer. The candidate will provide athletic training services for Stoughton Health and the Orthopedic Clinics under the direction of a designated physician. This position may require travel between our Specialty Clinic sites in Madison, WI and Stoughton, WI.

The Clinic Operations Manager works with the department providers, the Director of Engagement & Experience, and in collaboration with the clinic operations manager counterpart. The Manager coordinates the activities of assigned departments including organization planning, leadership, fiscal responsibility, quality, and customer service to live the mission, vision, and values of Stoughton Health. Has operational responsibility, authority, and accountability for assigned specialty clinics.

Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for an Emergency Department Technician to join our Emergency Services team on a Full-Time basis. The ED Tech is responsible for administering direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The ED Tech responds to the clinical and service needs of patients and their families. They perform patient age-specific physical, psychological and social data collections, shares abnormal data with RN, MD or PA and performs duties in relation to data collection as directed by RN, MD or PA. This position also performs general clerical duties in the smooth operation of Emergency department.

Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for an Environmental Services Technician to join our team on a Full-Time basis in our Environmental Services Department. The Environmental Services Technician (EVS Tech) is responsible for performing routine cleaning duties to keep assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition. Responsible for maintaining necessary stocks of cleaning supplies and disposing of designated accumulated waste products. The EVS Tech is detail-oriented and desires to be a part of a great infection prevention team. This position works independently cleaning outpatient areas. In addition to cleaning the tech will do trash pick-up, dust mopping, vacuuming, mopping, and machine scrubbing of floors and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.

Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Food Prep Assistant to join our Food and Nutrition team on a Full-Time basis. The Food Prep Assistant is responsible for preparation, assembly, and service of patient meal orders. Prepares café food orders at appropriate temperatures. This position receives training which will properly teach the prep assistant how to prepare hot foods. The Food Prep Assistant may also be responsible for stocking, register duties, cleaning and sanitizing dishes while also maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen and storage environment.

 

Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Patient Access Representative to join our Registration team on a Per-Diem basis. This position is responsible for accurately capturing and maintaining patient diagnosis, procedures, demographics, employment, emergency contact, guarantor, and insurance information for patients admitted for inpatient and outpatient services at Stoughton Hospital. This position establishes hospital billing accounts and accurately charges for services that are rendered.
 

Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team on a Part-Time basis. The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for various functions in the drug distribution system, sterile and non-sterile product formulation, and ambulatory patient services. All technician functions are performed under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.
